The negotiating parties on the programme of a future coalition government failed to reach agreement on the subject of “Labour and social services”.

The Bulgarian Socialist Party is demanding that the 60-euro monthly pension supplement be preserved, as well as family tax splitting, deferred payment of utility bills for low-income families and new social payments by the state.

There Is such a People (ITN) described the demands as only relevant to the US government budget. They proposed the introduction of new energy poverty criteria, a comprehensive pension reform and higher maternity pay, as well as a minimum salary amounting to 50% of the average salary for the country.

The negotiating sides agreed to postpone negotiations on politics in the sector by 3 to 6 months.

On the topic of "Tourism", the parties agreed on issuing electronic visas and work on the development of cycling routes and the creation of a guarantee fund in tourism that is to act in crises.

Modernization of the Bulgarian army and creation of a fund for modernization - these are some of the proposals around which the parties united on the topic of "National Security"
