Most of them are attending private schools, the Ministry of Education has announced. School No. 164, the Miguel de Cervantes Spanish-language secondary school, is the only one of the municipal schools in the capital city to have been able to bring together 176 pupils with a green certificate in the 8th, 9th and 10th grade.
