The number of Covid-19 cases in Bulgaria has been decreasing since November 4. The fourth wave of Covid-19 has been subsiding. Coronavirus mortality has also dropped, but still remains high due to the poor health condition of Bulgarians and the problems in this country’s health system, Professor Mira Kozhuharova, advisor to Bulgaria’s caretaker Minister of Health Stoycho Katsarov, said for the BNR.
Covid-19 related deaths in Bulgaria are among the unvaccinated and among vulnerable groups, said Professor Kozhuharova.
