Weather forecast for Bulgaria for 6 January 2022

Warm weather, no precipitation expected on Thursday

Thursday will start with minimum temperatures from 0 to 5 °C, for Sofia they are expected to be around zero. There will be fog in some places in the morning. During the day it will be sunny with scattered clouds. In the afternoon clouds will increase from the northwest. Daytime highs will range from 12 to 17 °C, in Sofia - up to 12 °C

Sunny weather is also expected along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The temperature of the sea water is at 9 °C.
It will be sunny in the mountains with moderate to strong southwesterly winds. Highs at an altitude of 1,200 m will be up to 10 °C, at 2,000 m - around 4°C. Due to the warm weather there is a danger of avalanches in the mountains.
On Friday, temperatures will drop by 5 to 8 degrees. It will rain all over the country.
