Dealer of counterfeit green certificates detained in Pamporovo resort

A man charged with issuing counterfeit green certificates for antibodies was detained in the winter resort of Pamporovo. The detainee charged EUR 150 to enter the patient’s data into the information system of the Ministry of Health. According to the Prosecutor’s Office, he worked part time at a medical laboratory in Pamporovo, but he is not a medic, BNR Plovdiv informed.

The crime affects the critical infrastructure of the state. The detainee could be sentenced to 5 to 8 years in prison and pay a fine of up to EUR 5,000.
