Green certificates based on the presence of antibodies after recovering from a Covid-19 infection remain valid. This was written by the Minister of Health Prof. Asena Serbezova on her Facebook profile. She described as speculative and erroneous the interpretations of the revocation of this type of certificate.

Due to the pandemic, the new school year is being considered to start 10 days earlier, on September 5, in order to have time to catch up with the learning material. But the decision will be made only if there is a consensus in society, the Minister of Education, Academician Nikolay Denkov, told BNT. According to the academician, if there are no extraordinary circumstances outside the wave of the Omicron variant, the school term and the current school year will end according to plan and there will be no extension.
