Bulgaria's ski jumper Vladimir Zografski finished 13th in the men's normal hill individual qualifiers at the Beijing Olympics, recording a jump of 97.5 meters and with 99.7 points found a place in tomorrow's final in the race.

Before his jump, Zografski had to wait because of the strong wind in the complex in Zhengjiakou. The strong gust made the organizers slow down the Bulgarian's jump by about a minute, but this did not prevent him from recording a good performance.

Marius Lindvik (Norway) won the qualification with a jump of 100.5 meters. Second with a jump of 103.0 metres is his compatriot Robert Johansson. Third is the representative of Peter Gila Square with a jump of 102.5 meters and 112.1 points.

The final in the discipline is tomorrow, February 6, and starts at 13.00 hours Bulgarian time.

Four years ago at the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games, Zografski finished 14th in the normal hill men's individual event, improving Bulgaria's best ranking in the Olympics.
