Weather forecast for Bulgaria for 4 March 2022

Scattered clouds and snowfall in the Rila and Rhodope Mountain expected on Friday

Friday will start with minimum temperatures between - 3 and -2 °C, for Sofia - around - 2 °C. By noon there will be significant breaks in the clouds, but in the afternoon hours   it rain and snow is expected in the mountains. A moderate northwesterly wind is expected in the western Danube plain. 

The maximum temperatures will be between 5 and 10 °C, in Sofia - around 5 °C.

Above the mountains there will be significant clouds with snowfall, mainly in the Rila and Rhodope Mountains. The maximum temperature at 1,200 m will be up to minus 2 °C, at 2,000 m - around - 6 °C.

On Saturday, new precipitation is coming from the east, and the daily temperatures will drop slightly.
