Viktoriya Tomova has qualified for the Masters tennis tournament in California, after winning against Astra Sharma, Australia by 6-4 and 6-1.
For the first time in her career, Tomova, world ranking 111, will play in the main draw of the WTA 1000 tournament. In the first round Tomova will be playing against 87th ranked Claire Liu, USA, who has been granted a wild card.
