"Bulgaria may cut its dependence on Russian energy sources by 2027", the country’s Minister of Environment Borislav Sandov said at the EU Environment Council Meeting in Brussels.
In his view, an alternative to Russian oil can be found much earlier. "We are in intensive talks with the Swiss owner of the oil refinery in Bulgaria which is ready to change oil supplies.
