Bulgaria’s rhythmic gymnastics team wins 3 medals at the World Cup Series in Tashkent

Bulgaria’s rhythmic gymnastics team won another gold medal at the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup Series in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Vaya Draganova, Zhenina Trashlieva, Petya Borisova, Elena Georgieva, Sofia Ivanova and Bilyana Vezirska earned 29,900 points. Uzbekistan placed second with 26.750, followed by Kazakhstan (24.000 points) and Azerbaijan (21.900 points). 

Earlier, Bulgaria’s rhythmic gymnastics team won the gold medal in the all-around event. At the three ribbons and two balls routine, Bulgaria earned 23.500 points and the bronze medal.
