The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia is visiting Bulgaria

Bulgaria's Minister of Foreign Affairs Teodora Genchovska will receive the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - Prince Faisal bin Farhan al Saud. The two ministers will hold a face-to-face meeting, followed by plenary talks between the two delegations.

During the previous visit of the Saudi prince in 2020, among the topics discussed was energy cooperation between the two countries.

The Saudi consortium Arkad is the contractor for the construction of the Balkan Stream pipeline in its Bulgarian section. The deal between Arkad and Bulgartransgaz was worth more than 1 billion euros.
