The town of Bosilegrad, Serbia, will host a discussion on the future of the European Union and the European integration of the Western Balkans. The event is organized by the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency and is part of the Bulgarian Voices for Europe initiative.

“Serbia and all countries in the Western Balkans should join the EU as soon as possible. However, the European integration is a two-way street. The applicant country must overcome the inertia of Yugoslavia’s past and be ready for the historic reconciliation to become a reality”, MEP Andrey Kovatchev said for BTA. Andrey Kovatchev will participate at the discussion. The forum will be unveiled by Bulgaria’s Vice President Iliana Yotova.
