Bulgaria will not send weapons to Ukraine, Premier Kiril Petkov said with regard to the note from Ukrainian Ambassador Vitaly Moskalenko, requesting Bulgaria to provide Soviet weapons to this country. Premier Petkov reminded that this issue had already been discussed and the National Assembly had already adopted a decision.
