Sofia City Prosecutor's Office presses three charges against Georgi Semerdzhiev

The Sofia City Prosecutor's Office filed three indictments against thirty five-year-old Georgi Semerdzhiev who drove his SUV through a red traffic light on a Sofia boulevard on Tuesday, killing two young women. 

Georgi Semerdzhiev was charged with causing death, drug driving and possessing a fake driver's license. The Prosecutor's Office said it would present the evidence to the Sofia City Court, which is due to decide today whether to order permanent custody of the defendant.
