89 participants from 29 countries from Europe, America, Asia and Africa are arriving in the town of Veliko Tarnovo the 45th International Summer Seminar on Bulgarian Language and Culture organized by the Veliko Tarnovo University. The oldest among them are pensioners Walter Elliott from England, 71 years old, and 70-year-old Guy Gilbert from France.
