Weather forecast for Bulgaria for 16 July 2022

Slight drop in temperatures expected on Sunday

The weather tomorrow will be mostly sunny. In separate places there will be short-term rainfall accompanied by thunder. Winds from the north-northwest will increase, becoming moderate to strong and bringing in slightly cooler air with it. The maximum temperatures will mostly be between 30°C and 35°C, in Sofia - around 30°C.

Sunny weather will prevail in the mountains. In the afternoon, mainly over the massifs in Southwestern Bulgaria, clouds will appear and in some places there will be short-term precipitation and thunder. A strong northwesterly wind will blow. Temperatures will drop slightly and the highs at 1,200 m will be around 23°C, at 2,000 m - around 16°C.

Sunny weather will prevail along the Black Sea. Around and in the afternoon there will be temporary increases in cloudiness, but only in isolated places it will rain, it is also possible to thunder. Moderate to strong wind will blow from the north, in the afternoon from the northeast. The maximum temperatures will be 27°C-30°C, and of the sea water - 23°C-25°C.
