The Supreme Administrative Court  has restored Eurolab 2011's functions as a phytosanitary control services provider at the Kapitan Andreevo checkpoint on the Bulgaria-Turkey border. The reason was unlawful action by the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency.

In April, the Food Safety Agency ordered that Eurolab 2011 immediately suspended phytosanitary control on fruit and vegetables entering the country from Turkey because of a conflict of interest. One month later, the government cut off the cash flow to the company and the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency took over the phytosanitary control. According to outgoing Premier Kiril Petkov, one of the reasons for the motion of no confidence against the government was that the state regained control over the Kapitan Andreevo border checkpoint.
