“The money for the hotel operators who have put up Ukrainian refugees at their hotels is going to be paid out today,” outgoing Prime Minister Kiril Petkov stated. Hotel keepers are saying they have not been paid the state aid they are due for April and May, or the money under the new programme for June.

We have 15 times higher sulfur dioxide levels than the norm, and 27 times more particulate matter. I cannot believe there are Bulgarian citizens working under these conditions,” Kiril Petkov exclaimed.
