The mandates of four members of the governing body expire on 28 July this year, but their replacements must be elected by a qualified majority of at least 4 votes.
"Once again, the members of CEM have humiliated the candidates, as was the case during the election of the Director General of Public service television BNT, " commented CEM member Galina Georgieva.
