Bulgaria’s Minister of Energy hopes for successful negotiations with Gazprom

"We are in communication with Gazprom and we are trying to reach a positive conclusion of the negotiations and resume gas supplies under advantegous terms. The terms of the contract are confidential, as are all negotiations and exchange of information", caretaker Minister of Energy Rosen Hristov said.

Rosen Hristov pointed out that the government is working very intensively on the issue. In his words, Bulgaria is working on a number of other alternatives and aims to secure gas deliveries at an optimal cost.
