The 18th World Festival of Animated Film Varna has ended

The Chilean short film "Bestia", Director Hugo Covarrubias, won the Grand Prize at the 18th World Festival of Animated Film Varna. The Brazilian film "Bob Spit: We Do Not Like People", Director Cesar Cabral was named the best feature film. The Grand Prize for Bulgarian feature film went to "Florentine Night", director Sotir Gelev.

The film “Wet”, Directors Marianne Bergeonneau, Lauriane Montpert, Melina Mandon, Cloe Peyrebrune and Elvira Taussac won the Grand Prize in the Student Films category. “The Queen of the Foxes”, Director Marina Rosset, is the winner in the Children’s Films category.
