International observers: The elections were peaceful, there is a problem with the bought vote

The election day in Bulgaria was organized according to the rules and passed peacefully, concluded the international observers of the parliamentary elections in Bulgaria on October 2. 
Authorities are recommended to do more to eliminate vote buying, Nina Suomalainen, head of the observer mission from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, told BNR. 
Among the registered problems are the impossibility of people without permanent residence to vote, the fact that in Bulgaria the election campaign can only be conducted in Bulgarian, which is not in line with international rules, the insufficiently transparent financing of campaigns, the influence of political circles on journalistic work and the lack of analytical comments on the programs of the political parties
