It was established beyond dispute that the truck that exploded on the Kerch Strait Bridge (Crimea Bridge) was never on the territory of Bulgaria, shows a check of the Bulgarian security services, ordered by caretaker Premier Galab Donev.

According to Russian media, the truck that blew up on the Crimea Bridge on October 8, 2022, was transporting polyethylene foil. The check has ascertained that a cargo with similar characteristics entered Bulgaria as a transit shipment from another EU member state in a container with all the requisite documents. During the stay in Bulgaria, the goods were under customs supervision and left the country in the same container via the Port of Burgas on September 17,2022. It headed for a country that was not Russia. According to the check, it is categorically clear that the container in question was not on the blown up truck.
