Grigor Dimitrov loses semi-finals to Daniil Medvedev, drops out of the ATP 500 tournament in Vienna

Bulgaria’s best tennis player Grigor Dimitrov missed the opportunity to qualify for the final of the ATP 500 tournament in Vienna, with a prize fund of EUR 2.49 million. 

Dimitrov lost the semifinals to Daniil Medvedev (currently ranked world No 4) in two sets- 4:6; 2:6. The match lasted for 86 minutes. Grigor Dimitrov dropped out of the tournament due to the large number of unforced errors.
