Acclaimed actor John Malkovich will take to the stage of the National Theatre "Ivan Vazov" on February 16, 17 and 18, 2023. The National Theater will then host the play "In the Solitude of the Cotton Fields" by Bernard-Marie Koltes, directed by Russian theatre and opera director Timofey Kulyabin.
The 68-year-old Malkovich stars in the play which will be staged at The National Theatre "Ivan Vazov" at the invitation of the theatre’s new director Vasil Vasilev. Vasil Vasilev and Malkovich had a tete-a-tete meeting at the premiere of the play in Riga, Latvia.
