Football and music is what the fans of this most popular sport can expect as the World Cup kicks off in Qatar.

As of today, Hristo Botev hall in Sofia is equipped with a huge LED screen showing the matches from the world football championship. The sporting event will go hand in hand with a music festival with the participation of popular Bulgarian performers – Dicho, Stefan Valdobrev, the band Wikeda, Atanas Kolev to mention but a few. 100 “kaba” bagpipes will be the first to appear on stage this afternoon. Admission to the concerts is free.
