Tank truck explodes in Ruse, claims one life

A tank truck carrying used motor oil exploded in the town of Ruse and claimed the life of one person, the BTA reported. Police received a call about the blast around 11.00 am. 

Police patrols, ambulances and fire engines were sent to the scene. The fire was put out quickly. The accident did not cause any air or soil pollution. The tank truck was being filled with motor oil when it burst into flames. It is not known yet whether the fuel tanks of the vehicle caused the fire.
