Weather forecast for December 14

Snowfalls and slight rise in temperatures expected

During the night, cloudiness from the west will increase again and snowfalls are expected in the western regions of Bulgaria. The lowest temperatures will be between minus 4° and 1°C; in Sofia - about minus 2°C. Daily temperatures will rise slightly and the highest will range between 1°-2°C in the northwestern regions of the country, to 9°-11°C at the Black Sea coast. In the evening snowfalls will start again and snow cover of up to 10 cm is expected to form in the northwestern regions of the country.

It will be mostly cloudy in the mountains with snowfalls that will intensify on Thursday. The highest temperature at 1200 m will be about 3°C, at 2000 m - about minus 1°C.

There will be considerable cloudiness over the Black Sea coast, but precipitation is not expected. The highest temperatures will be between 9° and 11°C.
