MPs have accepted the extension of this year's budget for 2023. As of January 1, the compensation per liter of fuel is no longer available. The National Assembly prohibited the government from paying expenses with European funds or with money from the “Silver” Fund.

The Minister of Finance Rositsa Velkova said that the necessary national funding for paying pensions has been provided. The proposal of “We Continue the Change” that the first two days of sick leave should be paid by the employers was not accepted. The proposal to update pensions every year according to the so-called Swiss Rule was also rejected.
