Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev has until Monday to decide which party will receive the third and last mandate for the formation of a regular government.
According to Vice-President Iotova, the caretaker cabinet has stabilized the country. In her words, Bulgaria is the only EU country with a broken inflation curve, stability of fuels, prices, etc".
