No reports of Bulgarian tourists in distress in Turkey

There are no reports of Bulgarian tourists being trapped, injured or in distress in Turkey, Tourism Minister Ilin Dimitrov told public broadcaster BNT, referring to his conversations with tour operators. 

There have been flight cancellations to Istanbul due to the earthquake and bad weather. EU Directive 261 applies in this case, under which when a flight is cancelled due to force majeure, companies do not owe compensation
