At the start of the Council of Ministers meeting, caretaker PM Galab Donev also congratulated Bulgarian women: Today we shall begin with an item that is not on the agenda. Dear women of Bulgaria, whether you accept or reject 8 March, you are wisdom, a gentle force, an inspiration, life. We thank you for your courage, for caring, for the patience with which you create a world of peace and justice for the children of Bulgaria.
