Bulgaria's rhythmic gymnastics team in the lead

The Bulgarian girls' rhythmic gymnastics ensemble took the first position in the provisional standings after the first day of competition at the Aphrodite Cup 2023 International Tournament in Athens. The team received a score of 29.000 points for its routine with 5 ropes and was ahead of the Italian team (28.800 points), and the hosts Greece with a score of 28.150 points.
The five-ball routines will be played tomorrow and the all-around winners and the apparatus finalists will be announced later.
