March 22 is World Water Day. It aims to raise public awareness about the issue related to the access to clean drinking water and the conservation of water resources. This year’s theme is "Accelerating Change".

On that occasion, the Earth and Man National Museum-Sofia will host demonstrations for children over 7 years of age themed "Invisible Water in Minerals". The Deli Hammam bath in Lovech (Central North Bulgaria) will be open to visitors free of charge on March 22. The old bath, which was built in the 16th century, houses Europe’s first virtual museum of water. Visitors can learn interesting details about water with the help of specially designed multimedia effects and programs.
