Alfa Research survey: Five formations to enter next National Assembly

Five political formations would enter Parliament if elections were held today, indicate data of a nationally representative survey conducted by Alfa Research polling agency. The coalitions GERB-SDS and We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria are neck and neck with 25.9% and 25.4% respectively. The Movement for Rights and Freedoms comes third with 13.8%, followed by Vazrazhdane- 13.6%. BSP for Bulgaria is supported by 8.2% of the polled. Bulgarian Rise are just below the 4% threshold to enter Parliament with 3.9%.

Voter turnout is expected to be similar to that of the previous elections held on October 2, 2022. 39% of the respondents said they would vote for sure. 48% of the polled are not planning to go to the polling stations and 13% are yet undecided.

The survey was conducted by Alfa Research polling agency between March 25 and 29 through standardized interviews in person among 1,113 adult Bulgarians. It was funded by Alfa Research.
