The procedure stipulates that reports against the chief prosecutor or his deputy are sent to the chairman of the Criminal Board of the Supreme Court of Cassation. From a list of criminal judges with supreme rank, the judge who would become prosecutor in an investigation will be randomly determined. Another prosecutor will oversee the investigation.
