Weather forecast for June 20

Sunny weather over Western and Central Bulgaria, rain showers in the eastern regions

At night, the sky will be mostly clear over the country. There will be more clouds in the eastern regions of the country. Tomorrow, sunny weather will prevail over the western and central regions of Bulgaria. In the afternoon, there will be more clouds over the mountainous regions, but rainfalls can be expected in few places in the mountains. In the eastern regions of Bulgaria, short-term rainfalls with thunder are expected. There will be weak to moderate wind from the north-northwest. The highest temperatures will be between 26° and 31°C, in Sofia - around 26°C.

At the Black Sea coast, cloudiness will be significant and short-term rainfalls with thunder are expected. There will be moderate north-northwesterly wind. The highest temperatures will reach 24°-26°C. Temperature of the sea water is 22°-23°C.

In the mountains, the weather will be predominantly sunny with temporary increases in cloudiness, but with rainfalls only in few places. There will be moderate north-northwesterly wind. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be about 20°C, at 2000 meters - about 12°C.

It will be sunny over most of the Balkan Peninsula. There will be more clouds in the afternoon hours over the eastern areas of the peninsula, where brief showers and thunderstorms are expected.
