"The scheme and the mechanisms are clear to me, as well as the group of people who pointed out the weapons warehouses that suffered damages both this year and the past," Emilian Gebrev, owner of the arms depot near Karnobat that was recently rocked by explosions, has told bTV.

According to him, a part of this group were people who governed Bulgaria in the past 10-12 years, another part is from the prosecutor's office, and a third - from the services. "There are truly wonderful people in this country, but no matter how good you are, there are some 50-60 people who serve completely different interests and orders," the businessman added. According to him, those who organised the explosions are abroad and so far all traces lead to Russia.

Emilian Gebrev pointed out that the prosecutor's office knew about this but was doing nothing and that was strange, according to him.
