He specified that fines would now be imposed on the carrier in such cases and urged passengers to seek help directly from the ministry.
According to Minister Gvozdeykov, the development and the reform of the Bulgarian State Railways (BDZ) is delayed by 70 years. "What is happening in BDZ is the result of carelessness.
