Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev refused to issue a decree dismissing the Secretary General of the Ministry of Interior Petar Todorov. According to the President, the motives for the proposal to dismiss Petar Todorov from the post of Secretary General of the Ministry of Interior are entirely political and are a continuation of the full-scale purge in this institution.
