The body of the fourth victim of the recent floods in the Tsarevo area has been found. The fourth victim is Dr. Daniela Yordanova, daughter of the deceased judge Maria Moskova, said the Ministry of Interior-Burgas. The two women were trying to evacuate when their car was swept away by a tidal wave near one of the collapsed bridges. The other victims of the flood were two men.

So far there are no missing people, said Senior Commissioner Emil Pavlov, Director of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Burgas. "We are moving to the second stage, which is clearing the roads and restoring the compromised road infrastructure", Senior Commissioner Emil Pavlov added.

The Prosecutor's Office in Burgas has already launched an investigation into the causes of the disaster.

"I expect a full mobilization of the state and the local authorities so that communication and damage can be restored as quickly as possible," said President Rumen Radev. President Radev also said that he would visit the affected areas at the earliest opportunity.
