Bulgarian tourists stranded on Pelion Peninsula in Greece will receive supplies

Bulgaria's consulate general in Thessaloniki, Greece, has contacted the Bulgarians in distress in the village of Milina on the Pelion peninsula affected by serious flooding, relatives of the stranded people told BNR. 

Our compatriots will receive provisions for the coming days, and in the meantime, the restoration of the bridge and the evacuation of the area are expected. 

Silvia Yordanova, one of the Bulgarian women in distress, who is located 2 km from the village, said yesterday that there has been no drinking water for two days and people are surviving on supplies. There is also no mobile network and electricity.
