A drone carrying an explosive device was found near the village of Tyulenovo (Northeastern Bulgaria). Village residents discovered the drone on the seashore. They called the emergency number 112 after 9 pm on September 17. Later, the police cordoned off the area. Radoslav Radev alerted the authorities that he saw an intact bomb attached to the apparatus. It is not clear how the drone ended up on the shore - whether it fell from the sky or was washed ashore.

Photos circulating on social media show that the drone is carrying an 82mm mine.

A naval team disposed of the ammunition with a controlled explosion on the spot.
The mayor of the municipality of Shabla, Marijan Zhechev, called on the state institutions to organize more frequent monitoring in order to detect such objects in time.
