Starting at 7 p.m., the fifth edition of the charity run Svetulki RUN (Fireflies RUN) will take place in the capital's Borisova Garden along a five-kilometer route starting at the Ariana Lake.

"Svetulki RUN" is organized by the Sofia Mountaineering Club in support of people with mobility or visual impairments. It is held in the dark and participants use headlamps and flashlights. All funds raised from the run are donated to non-profit organizations.

This year's event will support the Eyes on Four Paws Foundation and its mission to train guide dogs for people with disabilities.
