In an open letter, the chair of the parliamentary group of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) Delyan Peevski criticizes Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov, accusing the government of not coping adequately with the consequences of the heavy snowfall in the country.
“He is not doing his job as premier. For four days (during the heavy snowfall – editorial note) did you see this premier doing anything,” Peevski said, in a comment to reporters. Asked to comment on the way he put himself forward for prime minister a few days ago, Peevksi said that if Denkov cannot cope then he can go and do his job for him. “I can do the job, he can’t,” said Delyan Peevski, who is sanctioned by the US Department of the Treasury under the Magnitsky Act.
