Bulgaria and Ukraine sign Memorandum of Cooperation in Environmental Protection

A Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of environmental protection between the Ministry of Environment and Water of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine is to be signed today.

This should happen during a bilateral meeting between the Bulgarian and Ukrainian ministers within the framework of the 28th session of the United Nations COP28 Climate Conference in Dubai, UAE. The memorandum expresses the political will of both countries to cooperate in finding cost-effective and lasting solutions to address environmental challenges.
