It will be 9°C in London, 10°C in Madrid, 9°C in Kyiv, according to the National Meteorology Institute data. In the Scandinavian Peninsula and in the northern part of Eastern Europe, it will be cloudy with snow showers. Cloudiness will be significant in the countries of Central Europe. It will be sunny in the Iberian Peninsula.
