New opportunities for cooperation in trade, tourism, high technologies, education and science, as well as between the legislative institutions of Bulgaria and Vietnam are being sought within the framework of the visit of a Bulgarian parliamentary delegation to the Asian country from January 6 to 9

The visit was at the invitation of the Chairman of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Vuong Dinh Hue

At his meeting with the secretary of the committee of the Vietnamese Communist Party in Quang Ninh province, the chairman of the Bulgarian parliament noted that the geographical distance of the two countries has never been an obstacle to the sincere and warm relations between them.

On the first day of the visit, the Bulgarian parliamentary delegation visited the mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh in Hanoi and laid a wreath as a sign of respect for his personality as he dedicated his life to the struggle for the national liberation of the Vietnamese people, reports the press service of the National Assembly.
