In the morning the temperatures will be between 0° and 5°C, as during the day they will decrease and by 2 pm they will be between minus 3° and 2°C.

Over the Black Sea coast it will be cloudy with precipitation and by noon the rain will turn into snow. There will be strong northeasterly wind. The highest temperatures will be between 0° and 5°C, and sea water temperature is 7°-9°C.
